## Notice

The MoD is seeking to reduce the footprint of its estate by 30% by 2020. It uses a variety of sales methods all driven by the principle of providing best value for money in compliance with Treasury guidelines. There is a long list of disposals which vary in size and value across the portfolio. MOD is looking to establish a route to market that offers a continuous mechanism, quick turnaround and flexibility but also maximises receipts through fair and open competition. This will be run using a CCS Framework and is open to Lot 1 registered suppliers on Framework RM3816..
