## Notice

The scope of stakeholder management and communication Guidance must support the development of heat network business cases (i.e. HMT Green Book); but also cover all relevant aspects of heat networks (e.g. through operation). The Resource is to support HNDU operations through the provision of specialist & targeted stakeholder engagement services (generally at critical junctures in project development).
