## Summary

The procurement process titled "376F_18 Library Stock" is being undertaken by Espo, a Central Purchasing Body based in Leicester, England. This open procedure, classified under the printed matter and related products industry, aims to appoint multiple suppliers to provide a variety of library stock across four distinct lots, including adult fiction, children's fiction, audio-visual materials, and foreign language stock. The tender period concluded on 2nd March 2018, with the contract period starting on 4th April 2018 and extending until 2nd April 2021. The estimated total value of the framework agreement amounts to £80 million, which encompasses an optional extension of up to 12 months.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for suppliers, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs), looking to expand their business in the public sector. Companies capable of supplying library stock in various formats, such as books and audio-visual materials, will find this tender particularly relevant. Potential competition includes businesses qualified to provide complete 'serviced' stock, equipped with necessary labels, stamps, and RFID tags, catering predominantly to local authorities and educational establishments across the UK.
