Breaking out of all defective concrete elements and the removal and disposal of this material, preparation of the substrate and any exposed reinforcement, cementitious concrete repair mortar to be used to repair all defective concrete using Renderoc HB45 or (similar approved) These works will be enabled by the construction of a temporary scaffold platform on the riverbed or a pontoon system, which is to be removed at the end of each day.
