The works will include rewire or upgrade the fixed electrical installation in its social housing stock. Lot A shall include works on dwellings in the outward postcode areas of LE1, LE4 and LE5. The Supplier whoachieved the highest total tender score shall be awarded Lot A. Lot B shall include works on dwellings in the outward postcode areas of LE2 and LE3. The second highestscoring Tenderer shall be awarded Lot B.
