This provision will be expected to complement and deliver alongside HMPPS Approved Premises and on occasions provide services as a direct alternative. The service will need to be stood up by April 2022 and run for approximately 3-years, providing services and securing accommodation for approximately 250 POP at any one time (full terms to be released at a later stage).
