## Notice

The work consists of the removal and disposal of the existing AHU, FCU and chilled water line from the complete roof of Lounge and club restaurant and installation and commissioning of the VRV, including the new wiring from DB board to VRV units including masonry work to make platform for installation of VRV units and making fence height up to 6' surrounding with heavy gauge steels bar distance of 4" each with 3 feet width lockable gate. Installation of new copper tubing from ground level to roof over the G.I casing capping with proper cover and make masonry stands as per standard distance to run the copper piping to install indoor units in the building .All the civil and electrical work under the contractor scope.
