To support the delivery of the tuition and quality assurance of a three year clinical psychology taught clinical doctorate will support in equipping trainees to be caring, empathic and skilled clinical psychologists, who offer services that are sensitive to patients, their families and their carers' needs. Training should prepare practitioners to take account of patient preferences and choices, and to offer the best service to patients, their families and carers' who may be experiencing high levels of distress. The contract period will be for 36 months with option for extension for additional 24 months (12+12 months) The maximum value of the contract was published as PS205,200,000.00.
