The key aim of the framework will be to promote efficiencies and cost savings. Lot 1 - Electronic document scanning services and software solutions - This lot requires service providers to provide a full end-to end scanning solution preparation, scanning, indexing, encryption, electronic storage, transportation and secure disposal of documents. Including the supply, implementation and maintenance of EDRM (Electronic Document & Records Management Software), associated consultancy and training. Lot 2 - Document storage, retrieval and associated services - This lot requires service providers to provide preparation, collection, storage, retrieval, secure disposal of documents and any associated services. Lot 3 - Total document management solutions - This lot requires service providers to provide a full end-to end solution for all scanning, storage and consultancy requirements. This includes scanning, indexing, encryption, electronic storage, transportation and secure disposal of documents, storage, retrieval, associated consultancy and training. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
