The ongoing maintenance and support cost of the webcasting and/or hybrid meeting equipment for the duration of the contract term 3. Disposal of obsolete equipment in accordance with WEEE Regulations 2013 (as amended) This requirement is to be provided at Hendon Town Hall, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BG.
