Leading on our successful bid for funding, we are looking for a provider to lead on an innovative new service to become a valued Homeless Prevention Champion. You will: * Have a defined model for promoting the homeless prevention approach across the sectors to include voluntary sector partners, operational teams in the statutory sector and private sector groups such as landlord associations or letting agents. The service should be visible and accessible across the four areas. * To develop and promote the outcome based approach to funding through the Homeless Prevention Outcome Pot (PS40,000 over the life of the project) and administer the funding accordingly. should be visible and accessible across the four areas. * To staff the Homeless Prevention Champion Service (PS74,000 over the life of the project) Expressions of interest are invited from any suitably qualified and experienced provider. Providers must have a previous experience of providing advice services.
