## Summary

The Prince Albert Community Trust is currently completing the tender process for catering services across multiple schools in Birmingham. This contract, originally set to run from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2022, allows for a potential two-year extension. The procurement is classified under school catering services and employs a selective procurement method following a restricted procedure. The deadline for submitting the Selection Questionnaire was on 7 September 2018, and the overall contract value is estimated at £4.3 million, with interests expressed through The Litmus Partnership Ltd.

This tender presents opportunities for businesses involved in catering, particularly those with a focus on innovative and diverse food concepts that cater to various dietary needs. Companies capable of providing catering services to large educational institutions, especially those experienced in working with multiple premises and managing volume operations, would be well-poised to compete effectively. The projected expansion of the Trust during the contract period indicates potential for future growth and additional contracts, making this a strategic opportunity for suppliers in the catering sector.
