It incorporates: a) The review of congested junctions b) Problem solving at sites with existing signals including design improvements, c) Design of new signal junctions and the review of third party designs for new signal junctions d) On site configuration and validation for adaptive signal control e) Ongoing monitoring of the strategies/methodologies implemented during peak, off peak, planned and unplanned incidents. f) Practical on the job training for the Worcestershire Traffic Signal team in all of the above (a-e) The Council has identified the need for a single supplier agreement that enables direct awards (call-offs) for these services.
