Following the conclusion of the competitive tendering exercise Sussex Partnership Trust will then engage the successful Authorising Engineers for in contract. Each Contract will commence once the tender exercise has been completed, following the expiry of any current arrangements in place and as required within the next 12 months following ITT close date. Contracts may be for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend the term for a further 2 x 2 year periods up to an overall maximum term of 7 years from the commencement date. Surrey and Borders Partnership Trust may, as required, at their discretion, but within the following 12 months of ITT close date, enter into separate contracts with any or all of the successful Authorising Engineers without further need of competitive tendering.
