It can take a number of months to install the required fixed line data infrastructure and even when this has been installed it can still be an issue for our current supplier to provide voice connectivity due to the nature of the infrastructure installed (all new sites tend to be fiber rather than copper which presents issues for providing voice) Requirement: In order to fulfill the requirements of these sites we need to find a company that can provide at minimum, the following services: 1) Installation and configuration of 4G (or better) data connectivity to site locations that have no fixed infrastructure and limited or no "through the air" connectivity within 10 days of placing an order. Ability to support 5 data connections and provide training to onsite staff in how to connect/use the equipment. Proven track record of providing reliable and secure connectivity and ability to support both hard wired and WiFi connections 2) Installation and configuration of voice telephony including ability to provide local or non geographic telephone number, voicemail facility, hunt group, pickup group, call recording, call statistics, call diverts etc for up to 5 members of staff.
