Please note, there is a potential for rent reviews and lease renewals for the occupied retail properties within this same portfolio to be undertaken within this contract. Tenderers are therefore asked to respond to criteria on this element of work too. The contract is due to commence 11th March 2019, and run for a period of one year, with an extension of up to a further one year, subject to satisfactory performance.
