In addition to this there are isolated repairs to two other flat roofs as specified at Clifton Upon Teme Primary School Pond Lane Worcestershire WR6 6DH Scope of Works - Temporary access and protection to the works Prepare substrate as per Bauder Specification. Supply and lay new liquid coat roof finish all as specified by Bauder Limited. If the tenderer uses an alternative product, please supply details of this with your tender submission. Isolated repairs as outlined within the Bauder Condition Report. Specification/ Condition Report and Details are in Addendum B of the Specification. Site Visits: Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works.
