## Notice

Many of the inspections are carried out by the in-house team however, due to the large number of premises across the city, and some historical backlogs of inspections, there are insufficient resources within the Council to undertake all the inspections. Therefore, much of the lower risk inspections (approximately 1500-2000) are carried are undertaken by 3rd party inspectors.
