The scope of this Measured Term Contract (MTC) is to deliver the works based on design provided by Evolve Norse Limited. A programme of condition surveys is currently underway to help establish the future scope of works requirement for the MTC. Accordingly, it is planned to tender a 2-year (with 2x1 year extension options) MTC based on a quantified schedule of rates with nominal quantities.
