## Summary

NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (NEL ICB), through the NHS London Commercial Hub, is in the planning stage for a tender titled "PRJ2016 North East London 111 Procurement Engagement Event". This procurement process aims to redesign the 111 Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) service. It includes two significant engagement events: an online session via MS Teams on 17th October 2024 and an in-person session on 24th October 2024, both in London, covering the postcode E15 1DA. The procurement is classified under the "Health services" industry category (CPV: 85100000) and involves engaging stakeholders to gather insights in preparation for the tender process. Important key dates include the end of engagement on 31st October 2024 and earlier submission deadlines for registration on 10th October 2024 at 14:00.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for organisations within the health services sector, particularly those specialising in urgent care, to provide innovative solutions for the future of 111 services post-Covid-19. SMEs and VCSEs are deemed suitable and encouraged to participate. Businesses that can deliver high-integrity care models and align with key sector recommendations will benefit from attending these engagement events. Participating entities can influence future service models and procurement routes, creating potential growth opportunities in the public health services market.
