Replacement of the redundant plant and internal electric small power circuits, within the control building. - Re-roof of the lower section of flat roof on the control building. - Installation of a new power feed from the DSS. - Resurfacing works to the main forecourt area and associated civils (new drainage for the water recycle system etc). - Replacement of the existing vehicle wash facilities, with new lances etc. - Replacement of the existing lighting columns with modern equivalents. - Repair works to the perimeter fence line.
