Candidates also apply for vacancies via the system. Varying levels of user rights are allocated to individuals depending on their role and responsibilities. The UKAEA has circa 1200 employees of which at least 25% - 30% are likely to require access to the system as a hiring manager or support user Volume of applications annually is currently between 3000 and 4000 and there are no restrictions on when an applicant can apply (these include internal employees, external applications and agency represented candidates). Applicants can apply for multiple roles and previous application details are saved to save applicants time in submitting new applications. Applicants are currently required to create a login (username and password) The current system is the first ATS implemented for UKAEA and since initial implementation the volume of recruitment has increased significantly as has the size of the recruitment and wider HR teams and other users.
