## Summary

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is conducting a procurement process for the evaluation of its Equality and Human Rights training, known as EHRC 53-1516. This procurement falls under the services category, specifically focusing on social research services and equal opportunities consultancy services. The evaluation is aimed at assessing the impact of training provided by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to its staff and is set to commence on 2nd December 2015, concluding on 31st March 2016. The project budget is set at £30,000, with the tender period ending on 23rd November 2015, and will take place in the North West region of the United Kingdom.

This opportunity presents significant potential for businesses, particularly those involved in social research, training evaluation, or consultancy services that promote equality and human rights. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to participate, as they are identified as suitable suppliers for this project. Companies with expertise in conducting evaluations, especially in the public sector, would greatly benefit from this procurement process as it offers a chance to expand their service offerings and engage in strategic government contracts.

## Notice

The EHRC is to evaluate the impact of training being delivered by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to its staff. The purpose of the training is to embed equality and human rights into the organisation's regulatory approach. An organisation was commissioned by the EHRC to deliver a range of learning and development activities during 2015-16. These range from online courses and webinars to more advanced classroom-based sessions which offer the possibility of accreditation. The purpose of this project is to complement and develop existing evaluation work at the CQC, offer additional capacity and provide independent assurance of the evaluation findings.
