The initiative is focused on managing and supporting the Communication & Information Systems for CRFCA Head Office staff, 13 Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Associations, and approximately 55 County Army Cadet Force organisations. The procurement process is currently in the planning stage, with the tender period set to end on 5th March 2019. The contract is valued at £1 million and will span from 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2025, covering the UK and other delivery addresses globally under the Networks industry category. The procurement method employed is an open procedure, as stipulated above the threshold. Furthermore, businesses capable of fulfilling Service Level Agreement commitments to government entities, such as the UK Ministry of Defence, will be well-suited to position themselves favourably for this contract. ## Notice CRFCA is seeking to appoint a Managed Services Provider (MSP) to manage and support the Communication & Information Systems for CRFCA Head Office staff; for the 13 Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Associations (RFCAs); the approximately 55 County Army Cadet Force organisations (ACF); and their users. Please see attcahed CRFCA ITT v1.2pdf, for the main ITT document. The service will also support CRFCA's obligation to deliver their Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitment to the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD).
