The estimated value for the Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent Services are PS70,000 The indicative date for that the University anticipates entering into the Design and Build Contract is 22nd January 2021. Design & Build for the Innovation Centre 7 (IC7) covering a total area of 2696 m2 . The estimated total value of Design & Build contract excluding VAT is PS9,875,000 .
