NOTE: This notice was updated on 20 December 2022 for the following reason: To view this notice, please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=745725505 The Tender Access Code is: U75FX4PAM7(Newlon Housing Trust is inviting Responses for the provision of Office Cleaning Services to the Head Office which consists of three (3) floors. *The open plan area in the office houses one hundred and eighty three (183) workstations. *Newlon staff work on a hybrid basis therefore work in the office two (2) each week, the maximum daily occupancy is between seventy and one hundred (70-100) staff. *There are twenty one (21) individual study pods (small rooms) with plans to build an additional six (6) study pods during the course of 2023. *There are also: *Four (4) interview rooms *Nine (9) meeting rooms of various sizes *Three (3) toilet cores each with a lobby area and both male and female toilets *Five (5) smaller tea points *One (1) larger kitchen/staff room *One (1) reception area *One (1) lift also operates in the building)
