Suppliers admitted onto the DPS will be offered opportunities to tender for individual contracts in the form of further competitions throughout the term of the DPS. Suppliers are only entitled to participate in further competitions under the DPS after they have been both formally notified that they are successful and their name has been added to the DPS Supplier list. As part of the further competition Suppliers will be provided with the specification and they can submit a bid which they are able to fulfil to the full specification, and to the Conditions of Contract.
