## Summary

The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office has awarded a contract for the 'Data and Research in Education (DARE)' programme to Oxford Policy Management. The contract falls under the industry category of foreign economic-aid-related services and has a total value of 9,397,297 GBP. The procurement method used was selective, involving a call-off from a framework agreement. The contract period is set to start on 17th July 2023 and end on 16th January 2026.

This tender by the British High Commission in Islamabad offers an opportunity for businesses, particularly those involved in delivering high-quality research in education policy issues and innovative interventions. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprises (VCSEs) would be well-suited to compete given the focus on supporting inclusion of marginalised groups and improving education system resilience in the face of climate change.
