Approximately 4,500 homes are located in Boston Borough Council area and 7,500 homes are located in the Grimsby, Immingham and Cleethorpes areas. LHP is a relatively new organisation, formed as a result of the merger of Boston Mayflower and Shoreline Housing Partnership in April 2018. LHP has a combined turnover of PS52m per annum and is a substantial regional housing organisation, strongly connected with its communities and key stakeholders. Following the merger, the organisation has greater capacity and financial strength. LHP undertakes a range of compliance activities to ensure that customers' health and safety is maintained at all times. This work is delivered through a mix of the in-house repairs service (IHRS) and external contractors. As part of our internal assurance Framework LHP has a requirement to independently report on the quality of service / installation carried out and documentation that is being delivered by contractors or our in house team is in accordance with relevant legislation.
