## Notice

The anticipated start date is the end of January 2022, with a programme duration of ten (10) months with a provision to extend by up to two (2) months should the works be delayed. The Supplier will provide a phased delivery of furniture items, to be determined by the onsite building works. The furniture installation programme currently states Phase One: to commence Spring 2022, with further phases to be agreed with target completion date of Summer 2022 through to October 2022.
