Using the BNSSG trauma informed principles and informed by the Knowledge and Skills Framework, our partner will help us understand what measures will make the greatest difference to people who have experienced trauma and adversity in both the workforce and population at large, and to put that into practice. Our partner will work closely with CAH's Trauma Steering Group and Trauma Lead to help identify, develop and deliver a 12-month programme that will help us embed a trauma informed approach into everything we do, now and in the future. We don't have all the answers but we do have a lot of questions.
