## Notice

Tenders were invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers appointed to Category 1 - Community Learning, Engagement & Volunteering of the Adult Education EMP with relevant experience and ability for the ESOL New to English (the "Services") as detailed in the Further Competition documents. The estimated value of the Services to be awarded is approximately PS63,000 In order to meet its requirements, the council has divided the Services into Lots as follows: Lot 1 - North Kirklees - PS31,500 Lot 2 - South Kirklees - PS31,500 The anticipated commencement date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 1st May 2025. The anticipated expiry date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 31st March 2026. Contracts may be extended up to a maximum of 50% of the original contract value at the discretion of Kirklees Council subject to availability of funding and performance.
