Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a provider who will provide structured training and support to unemployed local adults aged 19-65 to improve their employment skills and to carry out landscaping scheme improvements to our housing estates and green spaces. It is anticipated that the successful organisation will be a charity or social enterprise 'not for profit' organisation who provide training opportunities for people who are out of work focused on providing employment opportunities/improving future employment prospects. This contract will start in April 2020 and be for a term of 3 years (plus the option to extend by up to 1 + 1 further years, subject to satisfactory performance and service requirements).
