Therefore, in order to facilitate the aforementioned additional provisions at this particular site, a design solution was settled upon which comprises the construction of a new pitched roof extension, along with internal remodelling of a portion of the existing building to facilitate access to the new extension. Mechanical and electrical supply services will be extended from the existing utility supplies and the existing drainage installation will be adapted to suit the new extension. It is anticipated that the new facility will address the requirements of the provisions and create 8 - 10 educational IR places.
