Brief Description of Requirement The total maximum budget for this requirement is PS115,000.00 excluding VAT for the three years, as per the below break down: Year 1 - PS45,000.00 ex VAT (estimated) Year 2 - PS35,000.00 ex VAT (estimated) Year 3 - PS35,000.00 ex VAT (estimated) The budget is flexible year on year, however any bids above the PS115,000 would be excluded. The Nucleic Acid Therapeutics Accelerator (NATA) is funded by the MRC Strategic Priorities fund as an academic MRC Unit based at the Research Complex at Harwell, UK. Funded initially over 5 years, NATA requires an Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) as a solution designed to systematise and streamline quality practises and to ensure a high-quality product is delivered. An eQMS at NATA would be used for: document control, asset management, training implementation, supplier management, Corrective/Preventative Action and eventually ISO compliance. - All NATA staff would be required to engage with the eQMS. Once implemented, users will engage with the eQMS on a daily basis in order to design, carry out, and record their research while maintaining standards set out initially on an internal basis, with a view to gaining external accreditation in the future. - NATA currently has a certain degree of quality management in place already, with manual spreadsheets and record keeping being utilised. NATA also has an Electronic Lab Management system that is used to capture all experimental design, data generation and interpretation. Aims and Objectives - eQMS system to enable it to become a hub of research with proven high standards of quality. - An eQMS at NATA would be used for: document control, asset management, training implementation, supplier management, Corrective/Preventative Action and eventually ISO compliance.
