As part of the approval of the ICT & Digital Strategy, there is now a requirement to develop of an over-arching Information Management Strategy. The successful provide must have experience in working with external partners and stakeholders such as: The NHS and other blue-light services, the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), local third-sector organisations and HS2. It is expected that the contract should last no longer than 6 months to complete commencing on 6th March 2017. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
