To help address these challenges, PFRU2 supports the Commissioner for Missing Persons under Special Circumstances, as well as other state and civil society organizations actively working to resolve the missing persons issue. This collaboration aims to mitigate risks, improve coordination between government agencies, and strengthen the Ukrainian government's capacity to respond effectively to the needs of missing persons and their families. Project objective: The project aims to support the Commissioner for Missing Persons under Special Circumstances, who works directly with the families of the missing persons, and to enhance the Ukrainian government's capacity to respond effectively to their needs.
