The annual contract value is low (2K) and a market test of other suppliers affirmed the contract cost was reasonable; undertaking a procurement exercise was not regarded as adding any additional value to the decision 3. HOS will run a re-procurement for the linked services as an open competition prior to the end of the 2 year contractual term
