The support agreement shall: * give the Council direct access to Microsoft Support Services which will respond to critical issues within 30 minutes * provide for a Strategic Technical Advisor who will help us to get the most value from our existing and future investment in Microsoft technology * give as needed advisory services * provide on-demand risk assessment tools and education workshops * provide x4 embedded services/proof of concept/pilots during the 12 month agreement
