## Notice

To carry out Refurbishment Works to the existing property as per the drawings and specifications, to provide 22No flats; of which 2No flats to have provisions for wheelchair users, and 21No. flat to have provisions for a Bariatric wheelchair user. A staff sleeping room / en-suite is also included, along with a communal room for service users, an office and disabled toilet The Scheme was a former sheltered scheme for the elderly, it is at present vacant.
