The Local Infrastructure Support Programme (LISP) is developed jointly by the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA), the Ministry of Finance (MoF), and the British Embassy Kathmandu (BEK). LISP shall contribute to initiating substantial and sustainable changes in local government's abilities to deliver infrastructure service that is critical to poverty reduction and strengthening Local Governments.
