## Notice

The Council is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System for Passenger Transport Services.There will be an initial set up of the DPS and thereafter operators can apply to join at any time for the duration of the DPS. All contracts let under the DPS will be subject to further competition.In certain circumstances to meet client demand the minimum 10 day tender period may be reduced as provided for by Regulation 34 (12) of the Public Contract regulations 2015.Operators will be asked to complete a Selection Questionnaire to assess their suitability to be included on the DPS.
