## Notice

West London NHS Trust requires a provider to remove Masts. Work required is located on the old & new Broadmoor site, currently the old site is being demolished by an external contractor. There are 3 high masts located on the old Broadmoor site and 3 high masts located on the new site 6 in total. Prior to submitting any bid the contractor is required to attend site to carry out a full mast survey and produce a full detailed specification/method statement of works this must include made good and to eliminate any hazards when each mast is removed a detailed cost on the removal and disposal of the high masts. Each mast varies in height & weight however, each mast is around. 30m high with approx. 12 lights and 1 x CCTV attached to each masts. All electrical connections will be disconnected prior to the start of the project. Please refer to attached picture High Masts 0.1.
