This procurement process is currently in the tender stage, with a submission deadline set for 12 noon on 1st December 2017. Following the tender period, the contract is expected to commence on 11th December 2017 and run until 12th January 2018. The study will involve gathering data on current space usage and exploring potential savings and operational changes. To understand opportunities to optimise use of the Council's principal administrative buildings and the costs and savings associated. To be in a position to implement any agreed changes/moves/systems to optimise space. To procure now the option to review the success of implementation (if any) 18 months (or thereabouts) after initial review to identify any further opportunities Additional information: Final set of clarification Q&A now attached. Please note that this part of the process is now closed and so we're at the stage whereby bidders are asked to submit their final tenders now as per the ITT documentation. Due to the level of interest in this contract, the interview dates need to be changed to allow time for bids to be assessed. Interviews with no more than 3 bidders will therefore be held on either the 14th or 15th December and not on the 4th or 6th as set out in the RFP.
