## Summary

NHS England, based in Leeds (LS2 7UE), is in the planning stage of a procurement process titled "Innovation Talent Development PIN," focusing on health services and market research. The project has a budget of £120,000 excluding VAT and is aimed at developing a regional approach to attract and grow talent for innovation and improvement in the South West. The procurement method is structured as an open procedure, with the project contract period starting on 3rd January 2022 and ending on 31st December 2022. Interested parties should note that a future notice is expected by 17th December 2021.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses with expertise in education and training, particularly those that excel in developing innovative programmes and methodologies relevant to health and social care. Companies experienced in "lean start-up" methods, coaching for improvement leadership, and collaboration with academic institutions would be well-positioned to compete. Furthermore, organisations demonstrating a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in their approaches would align well with the project's objectives, making them ideal candidates for this initiative.
