These key services are not currently being delivered directly by ESC but ones we wish to continue with: 1. Safe to Stay Hub in Lowestoft 2. Rough Sleeping Initiative Beds x 10 3. Outreach Officer x 0.8 or 1 FTE if funding allows 4. Navigators x 3 5. Mental health Support Officer x 1 Additional information: All communications and bids must be managed through the In-tend e-sourcing Suite.
