This arrangement is expected to be in place for at least 4 years with options to extend to Sept. 2024 Additional information: The Contracting Authority is not obliged to observe standstill period in accordance with Regulation 87 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 in the initial admission of economic operators onto the DPS as no contract will be awarded at this stage. Any economic operator who submits a request to participate in the DPS and who has been sent a notice of being unsuccessful may write to the Contracting Authority through https://www.sproc.net or at the address given below to request further information. The Contracting Authority will, as appropriate and further having regard to applicable laws, provide any further information to the economic operator regarding its request to participate submission and the outcome. The above is without prejudice to any remedies that are available to economic operators under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and other applicable law. Economic operators are reminded that the Dynamic Purchasing System will remain open during its term of 4 years with a possible 2 years extension (at 1-year increments) and in the event that they do not succeed on getting onto the DPS in the first instance, they can apply at any time during the validity of the DPS to be admitted onto the DPS.
