## Summary

NHS England (North) Yorkshire and Humber is seeking to procure local GP practice services under an APMS contract through an open tender process titled "Market Hill 8-8 Centre APMS." This procurement relates to the management of GP services in the North Lincolnshire area, with services required at the Ironstone Centre, West Street, Scunthorpe. The contract is scheduled to commence on 1 May 2016, and the submission deadline for expressions of interest is 12 noon on 21 March 2016. This initiative aims to enhance health and social work services, classified under the CPV code 85000000, and is directed towards delivering essential medical services to approximately 5,290 registered patients in the locality.

This tender presents significant business growth opportunities for healthcare providers and organisations specialised in general practitioner services. Businesses that are proficient in delivering community-based health services, particularly those with experience in NHS contracts or the private healthcare sector, would be well-positioned to compete for this contract. The emphasis on improving economic and social well-being under the Public Services (Social Value) Act also underscores the need for suppliers who can demonstrate tangible benefits to the local community, which may further enhance their competitive edge.
