## Notice

To carry out the demolition and removal from site, to include for the disposal to contractor's off-site tip, or to a licenced waste facility, of the existing Mill Lane Footbridge (0340), accessed from Edale Road Leigh, in accordance with the performance specification and works information pack. The contractor will then prepare the abutments ready to receive the new bridge, the contractor will then fit the new bridge into position, to satisfy the required performance specification. The Contractor to provide all necessary transport, tools, access & lifting equipment, appropriate welfare, water disposal and clearance on completion in order to carry out the works effectively.
