Allowance for attendance at monthly project team meetings. * Supporting stakeholder engagement for the projects, including allowance for development of engagement material. * Fulfilling the role of Principal Designer as set out in CDM Regulations for the pre-construction stage including but not limited to preparation of risk register(s) and pre-construction information package. * Quantity surveying (QS) services up to finalisation of contractors envisaged to be from the Council's procurement system. * Annual maintenance and management plan to be adopted by the Councils for both the sites. * Providing support to the Councils for planning permissions or relevant consents, where needed.
